ResponsibilitiesSabre Systems is seeking a Journeyman Management Analyst to support the NAVAIR Digital Department at Patuxent River, MD. In this role, you will help improve organizational efficiency, support program and project analysis, and contribute to digital transformation efforts across aircraft, weapons, and product acquisition programs.
Responsibilities:- Conduct organizational studies and evaluations to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
- Design, document, and refine systems, workflows, and procedures that enhance mission performance.
- Perform work simplification and measurement studies to support streamlined operations.
- Develop operations and procedures manuals that enable leadership and teams to execute more effectively.
- Apply analytic techniques to evaluate program and project objectives, performance, and outcomes.
- Analyze program requirements, current status, budgets, and schedules.
- Perform management, technical, and business-case analyses to support decision-making.
- Collect, organize, and interpret data related to aircraft, weapons, and project acquisition programs.
- Track and report on program and project schedules, milestones, and status.
- Provide subject-matter expertise in one or more business domains such as logistics, financial management, change management, or talent management (as applicable).
- Collaborate with digital engineering, program management, and acquisition teams across NAVAIR.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in management analysis, program analysis, or related fields.
- Active DoD Secret clearance (or ability to obtain and maintain one).
- Experience supporting DoD or government technical programs.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with business and analytical tools for data interpretation and program tracking.
Desired Qualifications:- Experience supporting NAVAIR, NAVSEA, or other defense acquisition organizations.
- Familiarity with digital engineering or digital transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge in logistics, financial management, change management, or related business areas.
Compensation StatementAt Sabre Systems, LLC, compensation is based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, and contract-specific requirements; however, final compensation will be determined by individual qualifications and applicable contract terms. The general salary range for this position is as follows: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00
