Job Summary Under direction of more senior Joint Use Representative, provide assistance in coordinating activity between Company and external companies desiring access to utility facilities, including administration, billing, and collection of joint use and pole attachment contracts in assigned area of responsibility and implementation of standardized processes and practices increasing attachment revenue.
Job DescriptionJob Posting End Date09-22-2026Please note the job posting will close on the day before the posting end date.What You'll Do:- Under direction of more senior Joint Use Representative, assist in preparing, negotiating, and administering contracts for facility access and attachment requests
- Under direction of more senior Joint Use Representative, assist in preparing information required for annual attachment rental invoicing.
- Provide assistance in coordinating and maintaining database with contract, inventory, insurance, bond, and billing records.
- Obtain knowledge of industry standards and recommendations for potential process improvements with regard to current business practices of state and federal jurisdictions. Under direction of more senior Joint Use Representative, provide guidance to assigned Operating Companies based actions pertaining to pole attachments at the FCC or State Commission.
- Provide assistance in establishing and initiating processes on field inventories relating to pole attachments.
- Under direction of more senior Joint Use Representative, assist in providing training and support to engineering and operations on joint attachment requirements.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education requirements are listed below: Associate's degree in accounting or business-related field.
Work Experience requirement listed below: One year experience in field operations, customer accounts, or related experience.

1) Ability to make decisions and work well with internal and external customers as well as the public.
2) Since incumbents in this position may work in locations remote from direct supervision, they are required to be self-starters and self-motivators.
3) This position requires significant travel and dedicated hours outside normal work hours.
4) Contact with various entities within the Company and external customers.
5) Very comfortable dealing with outside companies in negotiations and dispute resolution.
6) Strong computer skills.
