What you'll be doing:- Assist with the formulation of goals, plans, and policies for Space and Nuclear Operations, Space and Nuclear Command and Control (C2), Space Superiority and Deterrence as well as supporting the USSF, US Space Command (USSPACECOM) and US Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) missions.
- Interface and perform Space Force strategy and plans-related analysis and support with the Office of the Secretary of Defense, and the offices of the Joint Staff, Department of the Air Force (to include the Secretary of the Air Force and Air Force Staffs), Field Commands, and other joint, Service, and international partners, as required.
- Provide recommendations to government on taskers generated by non-CSRO organizations within DoD, and/or Interagency.
- Review, provide feedback, technical expertise, and data to major Joint Strategic Planning System documents to include but not limited to: Joint Planning and Execution Community, Global Integration Framework, Integrated Contingency Plans, Joint Strategy Working Group, etc.
What you'll need:- Master's Degree plus a minimum of 15 years of experience in an Operations, Engineering, Scientific, Data Science, Software Programming, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Analysis, Policy or Planning field, or equivalent experience/responsibility.
