In this role, you will:

• Analyze workforce, portfolio, and operational data to produce actionable insights that support strategic planning and informed decision-making.
• Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and analytical models that improve visibility into workforce trends, portfolio health, capacity, and performance.
• Partner with stakeholders across functions to define business questions, translate analytical findings into recommendations, and support execution against organizational priorities.
• Evaluate portfolio demand, resource allocation, dependencies, risks, and outcomes to identify opportunities for improved investment and operational effectiveness.
• Apply data modeling, analytical methods, and structured problem-solving to improve the accuracy, consistency, and usability of workforce and portfolio insights.
• Safely integrate and operate AI/ML-enabled solutions that improve outcomes, including familiarity with AI-driven systems, tools, or workflows and applying AI/ML concepts to real-world products.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, business, economics, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a related quantitative field.
• Relevant experience in workforce analytics, portfolio insights, business intelligence, strategic analytics, or a related analytical discipline.
• Experience owning analysis and reporting across a defined workforce, portfolio, program, or business domain, from requirements through delivery and ongoing improvement.
• Strong proficiency with data analysis, visualization, reporting tools, and structured analytical techniques, including the ability to work with complex datasets and communicate findings clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and turn ambiguous business questions into data-driven recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, and Jira.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Demonstrated business acumen and ability to apply insights to business priorities.
• Experience creating clear, effective data visualizations for diverse audiences.

The total cash range for this position in San Jose is $167,500.00 to $234,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $268,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
