Job Description:
Johnson & Johnson Supply Chain Technology is recruiting for an experienced and strategic JJT Make Product Manager & Campus JJT Leader for the Vision Care manufacturing site in Jacksonville, Florida. Supply Chain Technology serves as a strategic, pragmatic partner by connecting business strategies with technology solutions and delivering outstanding digital experiences for employees, business partners, suppliers, customers, and patients.
This role defines the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities for the plant technology ecosystem and oversees delivery of technical features and enhancements that address current and future business needs. The Manager is accountable for technical delivery and value realization in partnership with Business Product Owners and serves as the primary JJT partner to the Site Leadership Team.
The position leads the manufacturing site and campus technology environment, ensuring operational stability, seamless integration, security, compliance, and innovative digital transformation aligned with business objectives. The role also manages total cost of ownership for site technology operations and provides input to portfolio and investment prioritization.
Key Responsibilities- Define, develop, and execute the plant ecosystem product strategy and roadmap, harmonizing and standardizing business processes and technology solutions in alignment with JJT, Vision Care, and MedTech strategies.
- Shape the squad vision and roadmap, set priorities, and guide delivery of product and platform features focused on measurable business impact.
- Define the product or platform vision and strategy, including application retirement, lifecycle decisions, and alignment with the product or platform roadmap.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify current and future needs, gather requirements, and translate them into a clear product vision, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with the Business Product Owner to prioritize the backlog, manage releases, and deliver value effectively.
- Develop high-level solutions with engineering and technology partners, including package adoption, modules to be used, and major interfaces.
- Ensure products and features are supportable, secure, private, compliant, and aligned with relevant quality and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor product performance, adoption, reliability, user feedback, and business outcomes to inform continuous improvement.
- Manage risks through technology service management processes and conduct regular product or platform governance reviews.
- Ensure local products are mapped to standard product categories to increase business value through standardization and optimization.
- Lead continuous improvement at the site across technology capabilities, processes, and ways of working.
- Drive collaboration and execution with internal and external partners to achieve desired business outcomes.
- Lead technology cost optimization with Technology Services and Finance, serve as the primary contact for Site Finance on plant technology budgeting, and manage total cost of ownership.
- Serve as the primary JJT partner to the Site and Campus Leadership Team, communicating proactively across functions and organizational levels.
- Lead, coach, and develop talent by establishing performance goals, providing ongoing feedback, implementing development plans, and supporting career growth and succession planning.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science, technology, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of six years of experience in supply chain and/or manufacturing technology.
- Demonstrated people leadership or management experience, such as supervisor, project coordinator, or team lead.
- Experience with regulated manufacturing requirements and GxP regulations.
- Experience in technology product or application management, solution design, and deployment of major capabilities such as manufacturing or shop-floor systems.
- Ability to build relationships across technology and business organizations and operate as a trusted partner.
- Strong product management skills, including strategy, roadmap development, backlog management, prioritization, customer value, and lifecycle planning.
- Ability to gather requirements and translate them into product outcomes through product discovery, engineering, and user experience practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess options and make informed decisions using facts and data.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional, self-organized, or distributed teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience executing work using Agile, Jira, and systems development lifecycle methods.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and product operating models.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and business process mapping methods.
- Experience managing product backlogs, planning team-level work, tracking impediments, resolving blockers, and releasing products with lessons learned.
- Experience developing systems and tools that support customer interactions and collaboration, including digital self-service, mobile, or emerging technology solutions.
- Experience managing products that support employee or customer communities.
- Experience deploying Siemens Opcenter MES and Microsoft Azure.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$102,000.00 - $177,100.00
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year
Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
