Job DescriptionJDE DEVELOPER/PROGRAMMER: JOB TYPE:Full-time
PCB Apps is looking for a full-time JDE Software Developer/Programmer with experience on Oracle JDE ERP environment. This position will design, develop, and maintain new or enhanced applications or systems in accordance with best practices and standards. Troubleshoot and resolve reported applications/system issues. Develop reports and report delivery mechanisms.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Develops applications for Oracle JD EdwardsEnterpriseOne using the JDE E1 development toolset.
- Collaborates with JDE EnterpriseOne functionalconsultants and development teams to design, develop, and deliverintegrated solutions that are scalable, adaptable, and sustainable inaccordance with established standards.
- Develops, tests, implements, and maintainsapplications, reports and integration processes in 3rd party JD EdwardsEnterpriseOne systems as needed.
- Keeps up to date with the latest JD Edwards EnterpriseOnetechnologies.
- Provides high-level analysis and estimates for newdevelopment requests.
- Assists with process reviews and provides suggestionsfor improvement.
- Maintains technical documentation and assists withdevelopment of functional specifications.
- Reports status regularly to department management andinteracts with business leaders.
- Performs application development with minimal guidanceand direction.
- Assists with configuring JDE to fit current and futurebusiness practices.
- Write complex reports using JDE toolkit and BIPublisher or other tools as needed.
- Develops mobile applications for Oracle JD EdwardsEnterpriseOne as needed.
- Develops integrations with robotics and/or productionequipment as needed.
- Creates Orchestrations and Notifications using the JDEOrchestrator Studio and specialized supporting scripts using developmenttools.
- Performs Unit testing to ensure applications andprocesses work as expected.
- Develops client relationships that foster betterunderstanding of the business needs.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:- 10+ years' experience with Oracle JD Edwards E1development
- In Depth knowledge of JDE Enterprise One Toolset: FormsDesign Aide (FDA), Reports Design Aide (RDA), (NER/ C business functions),Table Conversions, OMW Financial Reporting BI Publisher EnterpriseOnePages, Object Librarian
- JDE Enterprise One Integration/API Tools: BSSV, AIS& REST, Orchestrator Studio/Orchestrations, Real-Time Events (RTE)
- SQL, SQL Plus
