Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience, with over 5 years specifically in Salesforce architecture
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud
• Extensive hands-on experience with system integrations involving REST, SOAP, APIs, and middleware
• Proficient in integrating Oracle Eloqua for marketing automation
• Deep understanding of Salesforce’s data and security models
• Skilled in Apex, Lightning components (LWC/Aura), and Visualforce
• Familiar with event-driven architecture and integration tools like MuleSoft and Boomi
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce architecture for Sales and Service Cloud
• Lead system integration efforts between Salesforce and external systems
• Integrate Salesforce with Oracle Eloqua for effective marketing automation
• Define architecture standards, best practices, and governance models
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions through collaboration with stakeholders
• Conduct technical design sessions and guide development teams on architectural decisions
• Ensure Salesforce solutions are scalable, secure, and performant
• Oversee data migration, modeling, and quality processes
• Support deployment strategies and CI/CD pipelines
• Mentor developers and ensure code quality through regular design reviews
