Responsibilities

  • Lead design, development, and implementation of scalable Java applications
  • Architect and develop Microservices using Spring Boot and REST APIs
  • Analyze and troubleshoot application logs within AWS environments
  • Monitor applications in production and provide root-cause analysis for incidents
  • Identify permanent solutions for recurring issues
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine project requirements
  • Conduct code reviews ensuring adherence to best practices
  • Mentor offshore developers and provide technical leadership
  • Drive technical discussions and contribute to solution architecture
  • Support deployment activities alongside DevOps teams in CI/CD frameworks

Full Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-grade applications
  • 8+ years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, Rest APIs, MySQL
  • Experience in AWS Log Analysis (CloudWatch, application logs, monitoring dashboards)
  • Understanding of DevOps and working experience in CICD pipeline creation is preferable.
  • Experience in Design and architecture review
  • Production Support & Troubleshooting
  • Strong concepts & knowledge of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
  • Experience in leading offshore team


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support deployment activities and work closely with DevOps teams in CI/CD environments.
