Role Overview:The organization is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Java Microservices and Spring Boot Developer to establish the foundational architecture for all applications. This role involves integrating systems, designing databases, and building scheduled tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Build high-performance, defect-free new services.
- Analyze existing code and implement improvements.
- Drive the resolution of problems within existing applications.
- Design and build jobs utilizing code, SQL, and scripting.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to deliver complete, end-to-end systems.
- Manage and maintain the codebase in Git.
- Manage communication with stakeholders, team members, and other departments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Produce timely reports on program status to senior leadership.
- Lead and guide cross-functional teams and support project managers.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the program.
- Define success metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success.
- Evaluate program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices.
- Monitor profitability and ensure alignment of deliverables with the program's desired outcomes.
