Your role
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Produce design for system components that meet functional and non functional requirements taking scalability, performance and non-functional requirements.
- Creating architectural diagrams, documentation and presentations to communicate technical design and decisions effectively.
- Ability to evaluate new technologies, frameworks and tools to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement and recommend.
- Conduct security assessments and implement necessary measures following best practices and industry standards.
- Strong communicator to effectively bring together cross-functional teams including project managers, testers, architects etc to provide solutions.
- Participate in project planning and issue resolution to ensure project deliveries.
Your skills and experience
- Senior Architect with 15 plus years relevant experience
- Expertise in Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring boot, React.js or Angular (Node.js)
- Possess good knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS & Microservices architecture.
- Guide and mentor team members to adopt best practices and coding standards
- Resolve technical challenges, perform application optimization
- Help provide specifications for APIs
- Utility Domain experience - Required

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $82,082 - $193,440.
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
