Position Overview: The
ITAD Delivery Manager is responsible for the overall execution, performance, and customer satisfaction of IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) operations. This role leads cross-functional teams including warehouse operations, inventory control, data destruction, logistics, quality, and customer support to ensure projects are completed safely, accurately, on time, and within scope. The ITAD Delivery Manager serves as the primary operational liaison between internal stakeholders and customers, drives continuous improvement initiatives, manages operational performance metrics, and ensures compliance with customer requirements, industry standards, and company policies.

- Lead day-to-day ITAD operations including logistics, receiving, inventory control, processing, auditing, data destruction, refurbishment, and shipping activities.
- Manage and develop supervisors, team leads, and support staff to ensure operational objectives are achieved.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Sales, Customer Service, Engineering, Quality, and Warehouse teams to execute customer programs successfully.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, contractual obligations, environmental regulations, and data security standards.
- Monitor operational performance and drive accountability through KPIs, dashboards, and performance reviews.
- Own customer escalations and implement corrective actions to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Develop staffing plans, workflow priorities, and resource allocation strategies to support business demands.
- Analyze operational data and identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reduction, and productivity gains.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and chain-of-custody controls throughout all phases of asset processing.
- Ensure compliance with documented procedures, quality standards, and audit requirements.
- Lead root cause investigations and corrective action activities for operational and customer-related issues.
- Collaborate with transportation providers and logistics partners to support inbound and outbound shipments.
- Manage departmental reporting, forecasting, and operational reviews with leadership.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics.
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.

What you will bring to the team:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Information Technology, or a related field preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- 5-8+ years of progressive operations, logistics, warehouse, ITAD, reverse logistics, or supply chain management experience.
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing supervisors, team leads, or large operational teams.
- Strong understanding of IT Asset Disposition processes, asset tracking, inventory management, and data destruction practices.
- Proven experience leading customer-facing operations and managing service-level expectations.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience utilizing ERP, WMS, inventory management, or enterprise business systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret operational data and drive improvements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience developing and monitoring operational metrics and KPI reporting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of quality systems, process controls, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating across departments.
Desired experience:- Experience in certified ITAD, electronics recycling, reverse logistics, or technology lifecycle services environments.
- Knowledge of industry standards such as R2, e-Stewards, ISO, or customer data security requirements.
- Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement certifications.
- Project Management experience or certification.
