  • Support Workday integrations, data imports/exports, and system interfaces as needed.

Full Job Description
We are seeking an IT Workday Systems Analyst to join our Information Technology team and serve as the primary technical resource supporting the organization's Workday environment. This role partners closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and other business units to administer, enhance, and optimize Workday while ensuring system reliability, data integrity, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with business analysis and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer, support, and enhance the Workday platform, including system configuration, business processes, security, and data management.
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and other business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and deliver scalable technology solutions.
  • Configure and maintain Workday modules, including HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Recruiting, and Payroll.
  • Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and analytics to support business operations and decision-making.
  • Lead system testing, troubleshooting, upgrades, and enhancement initiatives while ensuring platform stability and data integrity.
  • Support Workday integrations, data imports/exports, and system interfaces as needed.
  • Participate in IT projects, manage enhancement requests, and provide technical documentation and end-user support.
  • Identify opportunities to automate processes, improve workflows, and implement best practices across the Workday ecosystem.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting and administering Workday in an IT or HRIS environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Workday integrations (EIB, Studio, Prism, Extend, APIs).
  • Workday Pro certification(s).
  • Experience supporting Workday implementations, upgrades, or optimization projects.
  • Knowledge of SDLC, change management, testing methodologies, and IT governance.
  • Experience working within an enterprise IT department supporting SaaS applications and integrations.
