Full Job Description
is seeking a IT Vendor Contract Manager for a hybrid opportunity for candidates in Columbia, SC. Candidate will manage and coordinate the lifecycle of IT vendor contract renewals while partnering with internal stakeholders and vendor representatives to ensure timely execution of key deliverables. The candidate will lead cross-functional collaboration, support contract governance activities, and help drive process improvements that align with organizational objectives.

Required Qualifications of the IT Vendor Contract Manager:
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.
  • Bachelor's degree, four (4) years of related professional experience, or an Associate's degree with two (2) years of additional relevant experience.
  • Five (5) or more years of experience in project management, vendor management, contract administration, or a related business function.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience leading meetings and preparing executive-level presentations or reports.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Preferred Skills/Experience of the IT Vendor Contract Manager:
  • Experience supporting IT vendor contracts, renewals, or supplier relationship management.

  • Knowledge of procurement, finance, contract governance, or asset management processes.

Work Location: Hybrid schedule with onsite work required Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with additional onsite support as business needs require in Columbia, SC.
