Full Job Description
To support the significant growth and development of the organization, we are seeking the expertise and capability of IT Systems & Enablement Specialist to join our dynamic team.

What you'll do at HammerTech

The IT Systems and Enablement Specialist support the day-to-day operation of the organization's IT environment, ensuring systems, devices, and applications run smoothly. This role focuses on hands-on technical support, system maintenance, and user enablement.

Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, and user issues in North America and UKIE regions
  • Administer and maintain systems such as email, user accounts, and cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365)
  • Assist with device provisioning, onboarding, and offboarding of employees
  • Support, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and macOS devices, including imaging, patching, MDM enrolment (Intune), and lifecycle management
  • Administer and support core business applications and systems, managing user access, integrations, and day-to-day issues to ensure availability and effective use across the business
  • Monitor system performance and escalate issues where necessary
  • Support implementation of IT policies, security controls, and best practices
  • Troubleshoot network, system, and access issues
  • Maintain documentation of systems, processes, and configurations
  • Assist with vendor coordination and basic procurement activities
  • Contribute to IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and rollouts
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents, breaches, and threats
  • Log, manage, and resolve IT support tickets using Jira Service Management.
  • Other duties as required from time to time


Our ideal candidate will bring the following:
  • Current and satisfactory National Criminal History Records check
  • Flexibility of hours to meet operational requirements of the business
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Outstanding integrity and capacity to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or similar role
  • Solid understanding of networking, security, and cloud systems

  • Deep understanding of Microsoft Office 365 Platform/Ecosystem including Intune, OneDrive, Defender, Office, SharePoint, EntraID
  • Experience supporting and administering Windows and macOS devices in a mixed-OS environment

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Capacity to work effectively as part of a team

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year. Actual compensation will vary based on candidate's job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
