Overview:OverviewThe IT Systems Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day support, maintenance, and optimization of software applications that support Health & Wellness operations. This role partners with business and technical stakeholders to analyze requirements, troubleshoot application issues, and implement system enhancements that improve efficiency and user experience. Responsibilities include application support, file mapping and data integration activities, SQL-based research and analysis, testing software upgrades and patches, and managing incidents, changes, and service requests. The analyst works closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging tools such as Jira to track work and support project initiatives while ensuring applications continue to meet evolving business needs.
Education- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- or 5+ years of relevant experience without a degree may be accepted in lieu of degree requirements
Certification/Licensure- No specific certification or licensure requirements
Experience- Experience supporting enterprise business applications, including troubleshooting, maintenance, upgrades, and system enhancements.
- Experience with SQL queries, data analysis, and research to support troubleshooting, reporting, and business requirements.
- Experience with data integration processes, file mapping, data validation, and interface support.
- Experience using ticketing and project management tools such as Jira for incident, problem, change, and service request management.
- Experience gathering business requirements, documenting workflows, conducting system testing, and supporting application implementations.
Preferred Skills- Knowledge of healthcare, wellness, or population health applications.
- Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience coordinating small projects or application enhancement initiatives.
We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is:$61,235.20-$102,065.60. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
