Job Description:

SUMMARY

Our IT team plays an important role in our business operations and success. As a Systems Analyst, you will get to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, leveraging your entrepreneurial spirit, problem solving skills, adaptability, and passion for business partnership to create great IT outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the user experience, while working with a high degree of autonomy.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Analyze and troubleshoot ERP (SysPro) related issues reported by end users.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy customizations, interfaces, and extensions for the existing systems.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their business processes and requirements.
  • Provide support and maintenance for the ERP system and related integrated applications.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation for changes and enhancements.
  • Monitor system performance and usage to maintain security and reliability.
  • Coordinate application development for multiple projects.
  • Assist in managing and implementing updates and upgrades.
  • Interface with different departments within the company.
  • Promote, support, and adhere to all safety, environmental and quality related policies and procedures.


QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3-5 years experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role.
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably in a manufacturing environment (SysPro)
  • Experience working with EDI systems and partners.
  • Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze workflows and processes to identify process inefficiencies and improvements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines seamlessly.
  • Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools preferred.


Compensation Information:

The salary for this role is $100,000.00 - $110,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
