Job Title: Sr. Specialist System Administration - IT System Administration (Secret Clearance)

Job Location: Camden, NJ (on-site)

Schedule: 9-80 Regular (9/80 Employees work 9 out of every 14 days - totaling 80 hours worked - and have every other Friday off)

The Senior IT Administrator serves as a technical expert responsible for the provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of Linux and Windows servers, system hardware, software, and related infrastructure within a classified/high-security environment. This role is responsible for maintaining the security, uptime, and performance of enterprise systems and networks.

To demonstrate success, you will:
  • Integrate with a team of multidiscipline, multileveled System Administrators supporting Linux, Windows, and Network operations.
  • Assist Software Engineers by providing Linux/Windows Infrastructure services in support of development efforts.
  • Partner with Information Security team to provide secure, auditable Linux/Windows systems.


Essential Functions:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
  • 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in network or systems administration.
  • System hardening and auditing to RMF, CMMC, DFARS, NIST 800-171, NIST 800-53
  • Technical Expertise: Advanced understanding of Windows/Linux administration, Active Directory, virtualization, and network protocol
  • Active Secret clearance.


Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Experience with Linux Server and Workstation systems administration on Red Hat based distributions (RHEL9, RHEL8, RHEL7).
  • Experience with network switches.
  • Top Secret clearance.
  • Certifications RHCSA, RHCE, RHCSS, RHCDS, Security+, CISSP, CISM preferred.
  • Configuration management with Ansible/Ansible Automation Platform, AWX, puppet, or chef.
  • Basic network administration of layer 2/3 switches.
  • Scripting: Proficient in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
  • Basic network administration of layer 2/3 switches.
  • Supporting multi-OS environments of Linux, Windows and embedded OS's.


In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $91,500 - $170,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
