IT Support Analyst

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to join our growing team. The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees and clients, ensuring that our systems and processes are running smoothly, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to employees and clients via phone, email, and in-person

- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including computers, printers, and network equipment

- Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware systems

- Monitor and maintain system performance, security, and backups

- Create and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new systems and upgrades

- Train employees on new systems and processes

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role

- Strong technical knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software
