About the Role:

This position leads the day-to- day coordination, maintenance, and improvement of IT infrastructure, corporate services, and network communications used across the project. The role works under the direction of the Chief Information Officer and collaborates with internal teams and third- party service providers to help ensure reliable operations, timely issue resolution, and appropriate documentation. The position requires a n understanding of IT operations, strong coordination skills, and the ability to support business needs while following established standards, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Leads and coordinates the day-to- day IT operations, maintenance, reliability, testing, upgrades, user
support, and general system administration activities for the I - 77 concession, including data center services,
communications, fiber, corporate voice and data networks, servers, desktop services, operating systems,
hardware, software, and the Traffic Operations Center.
• Leads the maintenance and periodic review of business continuity and disaster recovery procedures.
• Works with internal teams and service providers to support network communications infrastructure for the
project.
• Maintains applicable IT policies, procedures, standards, and operational documentation.
• Monitors Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators (SLAs and KPIs), documenting issues,
coordinating follow-up actions and supporting problem resolution.
• Supports and Leads problem identification, troubleshooting coordination, and resolution tracking for IT
systems and services.
• Manages relationships with third- party contractors, software providers, and support vendors as needed for
service delivery, issue resolution, license tracking, and support of contract administration.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Identifies and tracks cybersecurity vulnerabilities and coordinating mitigation activities with appropriate
internal or external resources.
• May lead SOX-related documentation, evidence collection, and compliance activities as assigned.

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications or similar.
• At least 2 years of relevant IT operations, systems support, network support, or related experience preferred.
• Experience supporting IT administration activities.
• Experience coordinating work with internal teams, contractors, and service providers; direct people management experience is helpful but not required.
• Must have exposure to vendor coordination, purchasing support, budgeting input, forecasting, or operational planning preferred.
• Ability to interact with colleagues in a self -managed team structure
• Possess strong and positive verbal, written, interpersonal, and documentation skills
• Multitask and problem-solve within a fast- paced environment
• Perform all essential duties and responsibilities while demonstrating initiative, performing quality work within
deadlines and interacting professionally and proactively with other employees and with multiple
organizations
• Working knowledge of network, server, backup, and storage infrastructure preferred.
• Familiarity with fiber- based network communications solutions preferred.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity vulnerability tracking and SOX compliance documentation preferred.
• Must be able to demonstrate computer proficiency, especially within Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint,
as well as PC based programs
