- Monitor, analyze, and respond to security events and incidents across the organization's IT environment
- Support the implementation and maintenance of security controls, policies, and procedures
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and assist with remediation planning
- Review system access and identity management practices to support compliance and security standards
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify and address security risks
- Assist with security audits, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance activities
- Document findings, incident responses, and security recommendations clearly and accurately
- Help strengthen identity and access management processes, including environments that may utilize tools such as SailPoint
Work-from-home opportunity available. This position can be 100% remote. Preference for candidates within driving distance to Dayton, Ohio.- Associate degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field

- Understanding of security principles, risk management, and incident response practices
- Familiarity with vulnerability management, access controls, and security monitoring tools
- Preference for candidates with experience using SailPoint
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
