Job Description: This position will help ensure stability, integrity, and efficient operation of on-premises and cloud information systems which support core organizational functions including but not limited to data, voice, video, and network services. The right individual will have proven analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to help identify and resolve issues in a timely and accurate manner to maximize IT system investments. We are looking for a strong candidate who takes initiative to continuously improve their skills in an effort to meet our company's needs. This team member will work primarily in the Ann Arbor, MI office with frequent visits to US manufacturing facilities and occasional overseas travel.
Primary Responsibilities: Primary focus will be security and general network administration for US and European operations.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to present technical information and document incidents/resolutions in a business and user-friendly manner.

- Bachelor's degree in IT networking, field or equivalent education/experience
- 10+ years of experience as a network and/or security admin
- Moderate to extensive travel required
