What you will do- Build and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, and clearly defined deliverables.
- Lead multiple technology projects simultaneously while keeping stakeholders, sponsors, and project teams aligned.
- Ensure project objectives support broader company goals and that teams understand priorities and expectations.
- Identify and resolve issues that could impact delivery while actively managing project scope, risks, and documentation.
- Manage project budgets and coordinate resources to keep initiatives on track.
- Facilitate collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders and help troubleshoot challenges associated with complex systems, development, and design projects.
- Lead and influence project teams without direct supervisory responsibility, providing guidance, counsel, and mentorship throughout project execution.
What we look for- 1-2+ years of experience leading projects, ideally within technology or a related environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
- Experience within hospice, DME, pharmacy, managed care, or another healthcare services environment is strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of project management principles, tools, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A proactive, self-directed approach and the ability to build strong working relationships across teams.
