Job Description:Job SummaryThe IT Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and successful delivery of technology initiatives across ProPetro. This role manages system implementation and enhancement projects, coordinates cross-functional teams, and ensures all solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. The IT Project Manager enforces IT governance standards, drives project management best practices, and supports the organization's digital transformation efforts.
Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end system implementation and continuous improvement projects, including ERP, CRM, HRIS, Real-time, and other enterprise platforms.
- Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria for system deployments in collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets and resource allocations; monitor progress and adjust as needed.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams-including IT, business units, vendors, and consultants-to ensure seamless integration and adoption of new systems.
- Oversee requirements gathering, system configuration, data migration, testing, and user training.
- Ensure compliance with ProPetro's IT governance, security, and regulatory standards throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Manage vendor capacity, performance, and service level agreements for system solutions.
- Provide clear, consistent communication of project status, milestones, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and optimize future deployments.
- Support quality assurance, testing, and validation of project deliverables.
- Assist internal customers with data integration, analytics, and reporting needs as required.
- Maintain compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies by attending all required HSE training sessions, safety meetings, and always utilize proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Job Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience managing system implementation projects, preferably in the energy or oilfield services sector.
- Demonstrated success delivering enterprise and real-time system deployments.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Experience with data migration, system integration, and user training.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or similar certification preferred.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Monday.com) and IT governance frameworks.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
