Position Overview

OWT Global LLC is seeking talented IT Project Managers to oversee the digital transformation and modernization of the ServiceNow platform and related Blue List Program initiatives. You will lead agile development efforts, portfolio management, and technical project execution in a secure DoD environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead agile development sprints, portfolio management, and platform modernization efforts for the ServiceNow platform.
  • Serve as the primary technical bridge between the Government IT Program Manager and the various development and sustainment teams.
  • Utilize ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and Agile Development 2.0 modules to track projects, manage schedules, user stories, defects, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with program objectives and high-quality solution delivery.
  • Produce comprehensive project documentation including sprint plans, retrospective results, burn-down charts, and risk registers.
  • Oversee the implementation and management of Maximum Availability Products (MAP) and associated project processes.
  • Create and evaluate daily progress, sprint velocity, and burn-down charts of the implementation and sustainment teams.
  • Provide independent evaluation of technical approaches and acceptance recommendations for all technical submissions.
  • Coordinate technical interdependencies between the implementation team, the sustainment team, and external ServiceNow partners.
  • Ensure all personnel performing under the IT PM meet applicable DoD 8140 / DoD 8570 qualification and certification requirements.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing ServiceNow or similar IT service management / software projects.
  • PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification highly preferred.
  • Active Secret security clearance.
  • Broad technical knowledge of DoD secure cloud infrastructure, ServiceNow platform capabilities, and agile methodologies.


Desired Skills & Experience

  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM, IT Service Management (ITSM), and Agile tools.
  • Demonstrated success implementing and managing projects within AWS GovCloud or Microsoft Azure Government environments.
  • Strong ability to lead cross-functional technical teams and deliver transparent, on-time project results.


Clearance & Citizenship

  • Active Secret clearance required; U.S. Citizen.


Location

  • San Diego, CA and Fort Lee, VA - DCMA Facility (1 FTE per location).
