  • Contribute to, or lead, the development and maintenance of business cases, project approach documents and delivery plans.
  • Work with Operations, Engineering, technical teams and business stakeholders to define clear project outcomes, responsibilities and decision points.
  • Coordinate activities across internal teams, external suppliers, delivery partners and business stakeholders to ensure effective project execution.
  • Provide leadership, direction and motivation to project team members throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Monitor project progress, quality, financials and delivery performance, providing accurate status updates, reporting and metrics.
  • Implement effective project communications to keep sponsors, stakeholders, IT teams, business analysts, end users and external partners informed and engaged.
  • Ensure project goals are aligned with business objectives and deliver practical outcomes for Operations, Engineering and other assigned business functions.
  • Ensure IT solutions comply with required security, compliance, operational support and transition requirements.
  • Create and maintain project documentation and artefacts throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support business readiness, implementation planning, transition to support and post-production sustainment.
  • Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, PMO standards and project portfolio management maturity.
  • Contribute to wider IT continuous improvement initiatives and support collaboration across the IT PMO.
