Job Description

This position supports INTEGRIS Health by overseeing and managing health care Information Technology projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and fully compliant with regulatory requirements. This position requires exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills to coordinate effectively with stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams. Managing all phases of Information Technology projects, including initiation, design, budgeting, construction, safety/compliance, and closeout. Beyond technical expertise, strong interpersonal skills, effective problem-solving abilities, and the capability to cultivate positive relationships with diverse stakeholders internally and externally.

Responsibilities

The Project Manager's responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Lead IT projects through initiation, design, budgeting, execution, and closeout
  • Define project scope, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow
  • Prepare and manage RFPs, vendor contracts, purchase orders, and procurements
  • Coordinate internal teams, vendors, consultants, and external stakeholders
  • Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and change control
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, regulations, and quality requirements
  • Review and approve invoices, change orders, and insurance documentation
  • Provide clear, regular status reporting to leadership and stakeholders
  • Support informed decision-making through risk and impact analysis
  • Drive effective communication, collaboration, and problem resolution
  • Manage projects independently with limited supervision, escalating issues as needed

  • Work is performed indoors and outdoors.
  • Occasional exposure to variations in temperature, noise, various building materials and systems, mechanical, electrical, fume/odor, chemical toxic waste, and wet hazards.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in health care Information Technology project management, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
  • Strong health care facility design, Information Technology methodologies, and building systems knowledge.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    EDUCATION:
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology. Management of Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field required


SKILLS:
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore) and Microsoft Office Suite.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION:
  • Master's degree preferred


LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS:
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP) preferred.
