Job Title: IT Project Manager (Healthcare)
Location: Remote
Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end delivery of healthcare IT projects across benefits, claims, and membership domains
- Manage large-scale system implementations with strong focus on data integration and data-driven solutions
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure timely delivery
- Define project scope, timelines, and resource planning while tracking risks and dependencies
- Drive requirements gathering, solution design discussions, and project execution
- Ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory compliance in healthcare systems
- Monitor project progress, provide status updates, and ensure quality deliverables
Requirements:- Strong healthcare domain experience (Benefits, Claims, Membership)
- Proven experience managing large-scale IT system implementations
- Strong understanding of data flows, integrations, and data-centric project delivery
- Experience working with healthcare platforms like QNXT (preferred)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with Agile / Waterfall methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a remote environment
