The IT Project Manager will serve as a critical partner to Network Engineering and Operations, driving execution, structure, and visibility across site readiness initiatives. This role operates in a fast-paced, evolving environment supporting multi-site deployments, M&A integrations, and network infrastructure readiness.
Job Description
The IT Project Manager is responsible for leading and delivering complex projects within the workflow and storage domains. This role oversees project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices. The IT PM collaborates with cross-functional teams, manages project risks, and ensures the successful implementation of solutions that optimize business processes and storage infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management for initiatives related to workflow automation and storage systems.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor progress and adjust as necessary.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Coordinate resources, facilitate meetings, and drive communication among project participants.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide regular status updates and progress reports to leadership and stakeholders.
- Foster effective partnerships with vendors and internal teams to ensure optimal solution delivery.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies or processes to improve workflow efficiency and storage performance.
- Support post-implementation review and transition to operational teams.
Required Qualifications- 3+ years of experience in IT project management, including experience with workflow and storage systems.
- 1+ years of storage and workflow domain (network engineering, compute storage engineering, cloud storage)
- 2+ years expereince managing large-scale, complex projects.
Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology or a related field
- Project Management certification (PMP, SAFe, or equivalent)

Pay RangeThe compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$86,300 - $118,700 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
