Full Job Description
SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager / Business Analyst to lead and deliver critical technology initiatives with a strong focus on ERP implementations, integrations, and cross-functional business systems. This hybrid role blends project management leadership with hands-on business analysis to ensure solutions meet organizational needs, drive operational efficiency, and support ongoing growth. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 FO) is strongly preferred, but candidates with experience in other enterprises or mid-market ERPs (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Infor, Sage).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, including planning, scheduling, scoping, budgeting, and resource coordination
  • Create and manage project plans, timelines, risk registers, and status reports
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among IT, business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams
  • Manage change control, issue resolution, and project documentation
  • Ensure projects adhere to PMO standards, best practices, and governance processes
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, optimization, and automation
  • Support solution design workshops, sprint planning, and system configuration discussions
  • Assist with UAT planning/execution, training documentation, and go -live support
  • Support ERP initiatives, enhancements, and integrations centered around D365 Finance & Operations (preferred) or similar ERP systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to design and support integrations with systems such as WMS, EDI, planning tools, financial systems, or manufacturing systems
  • Participate in integration design, mapping, testing, and documentation
  • Provide functional support for D365 FO modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Production, Procurement, or Inventory (depending on company usage)
  • Assist with ERP configuration, workflows, enhancements, reporting, and troubleshooting.
  • Apply knowledge of CPG business processes such as demand planning, production scheduling, procurement, distribution, and trade compliance
  • Bridge business requirements with technical solutions aligned to CPG best practices
  • Support initiatives related to supply chain optimization, forecasting, manufacturing, logistics, and inventory accuracy


QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience as an IT Project Manager and/or Business Analyst
  • Proven experience delivering IT projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
  • Experience with D365 Finance & Operations strongly preferred
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working with integrators, vendors, and cross-functional business units
