Full Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing IT projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Position Details:

Location: Greenville, SC

Position/Classification: Full-Time; Salaried Exempt

Compensation: Measured based on expirience

Travel: 20-30%, Capable of domestic and international travel; proper travel documentation required

Hours of Work: Regular business hours, some weekend /afterhours /weekend support may be required

Physical Demands: Sitting, typing, some travel involved

Required Experience and Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, with a minimum of 3 years in project management or other IT team leadership.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects, create timelines, identify key tasks and required actions, maintain meeting schedule, follow up with responsible parties to ensure tasks are completed.
  • Manage new SaaS development projects including but not limited to the following: assist with client sessions to understand needs and parameters of the project, write and submit features to Allyn IT development team, assist with testing new functionality
  • Identify audit logic parameters as applicable, submit features to IT development team to create new business, setup audit, create new dashboards, etc.
  • Proactively identify, document, and mitigate technical and operational risks that could impact trade flow or system availability
  • Provide direction regarding network systems architecture and development, technical application and operational support, project installation, change and problem management and system integration testing
  • Oversee the availability of resources to meet client requirements
  • Assist users with day-to-day problems by troubleshooting problems occurring in programs or databases.
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
  • Responsible for studying and analyzing existing procedures; preparing system flow charts and logic diagrams to describe existing and proposed operations; testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and documenting programs.
  • Assist with business development, including but not limited to the following: identify market opportunities, prepare presentations for client, prepare proposals
  • Provide support to internal and external teams regarding bugs in CIMS software, including troubleshooting and following up with Allyn IT development team to resolve issues
  • Meet regularly with internal team to solicit feedback and ideas regarding bugs or suggestions for system improvement.
  • Support other projects and tasks as needed upon request from the Global Trade Compliance Director
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in IT project management.

  • Assist Senior Global Trade Compliance Consultant and Global Trade Compliance Director in providing creative and informative content for corporate marketing campaigns
