Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management experience, focusing on large enterprise programs, especially in digital transformation.
• Experience in the telecom sector highly preferred (Verizon, AT&T, etc.).
• Ability to manage programs that span multiple business units and cross-functional teams.
• Skilled in meeting facilitation and driving decision-making processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-level reporting and presentations.
• Proficient in risk, issue, and dependency management with a focus on executive-level reporting.
• Experience managing several parallel workstreams under changing priorities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
• Prior experience in a PMO or Transformation Office is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Run cross-functional digital transformation programs from planning to delivery.
• Track and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate when necessary.
• Facilitate program meetings, drive decisions, and resolve blockers to enforce governance.
• Create status reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations.
• Coordinate efforts across diverse teams, including Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
• Track milestones, dependencies, and maintain decision logs efficiently.
• Define KPIs and report on business value for AI/ML and Digital Platform initiatives.
• Develop and document repeatable program management processes.
