Job Summary

The IT Program Manager will be responsible for IT Program Management for Business Enterprise Applications. This includes Dynamics 365 F&O and CE. In this role, you will be responsible for working with the ERP Teams to set and develop current workload and standards. You will plan for D365 Migrations from legacy ERP systems and D365 Enhancements. Another key responsibility is to oversee and ensure key milestones are met for each delivery. You will work and build the enterprise Business Applications roadmap. You will have active oversight to the work of multiple project managers. This role will report into the CECO IT PMO.

Specifically, the role owns two parallel mandates: planning and executing the migration from our current ERP to Dynamics 365 F&O and managing and planning for the D365 enhancement backlog. The scope of program management will also include the same activities for Microsoft Dynamics CRM- including continuous roadmap planning and prioritization.

You will operate under minimal supervision as a trusted member of the ERP program, working comfortably in an environment where requirements evolve and answers are not always predefined. Success requires a methodology mindset with flexibility and delivery focus. Someone who values structured, repeatable practices without letting process impede delivery.

This role will be onsite in Addison, TX.

Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Corporate Business Applications Program Roadmap and Planning. You will partner the ERP system architecture leads to outline timing, approach and scope.
• Develop and own integrated program plans, budgets, resource plans, risk registers, and status reporting for executive stakeholders.
• The Program Manager will have accountability for the work performed by the project managers assigned to the migrations.
• Each application migration or new system implementation will be subject to audit - both internal and external. As such, the Program Manager will be held accountable for adherence to "New System Implementation" controls.
• Direct functional and technical workstreams (solution architects, consultants, developers, business analysts) across Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations modules, ensuring alignment with business process owners.
• Manage third-party implementation partners and vendor engagements, including SOW scope control and quality assurance. Candidates must be comfortable with solving complex problems and understand how and when to escalate resource delivery issues.
• Drive organizational change management, user training, and adoption so the business realizes value from day one.
• The IT Program Manager will be exposed to M&A Integration activities. This includes working with acquired business workstreams to migrate acquired business applications, mainly focused on ERP migrations. The M&A Integration work will include fast paced business interactions to ensure alignment and coordination with business objectives while leading and communicating through change associated with M&A Integration activities, all while minimizing disruption to business operations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required (Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field); Master's degree a plus.
• PMP, PgMP, Agile (SAFe/PSM) certifications a plus.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, professional services industry with SOX hands on experience.
• Background in both program-level governance and hands-on problem-solving (stepping into a workstream to unblock critical issues).
• Experience managing budgets of and vendor/SI relationships.
