  • 4-6 years of experience in enterprise coordination, digital deployment, transformation, program management, service management, project management, or a related functional-technical role.
  • ITIL v4 or later certification, with demonstrated experience applying IT service management principles in a practical, enterprise environment.
  • Knowledge of and/or certification in project management, process improvement, or related disciplines (e.g., Scrum Master, Lean Six Sigma) preferred.
  • Experience planning and leading improvement initiatives across multiple systems, platforms, or business units.
  • Working knowledge of enterprise technology environments, including applications, platforms, integrations, and data flows.
  • Proven experience partnering with business stakeholders, technologists, operations, and vendors to align execution activities.

  • Strong documentation skills for execution plans, deployment readiness of materials, process flows, and status reporting.
  • Familiarity with change enablement practices including readiness, adoption, and communication support.
  • Proficient in common productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, collaboration boards, diagramming or workflow tools).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with flexibility in managing daily priorities while collaborating across teams.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze enterprise strategic and operational objectives to translate intent into coordinated, executable initiatives.
  • Identify interdependencies, sequencing, and alignment gaps across teams, functions, and platforms.
  • Apply systems thinking and value-stream principles to improve flow from concept through realized value.
  • Partner with leadership to support prioritization, trade-off decisions, and execution clarity.
  • Plan, coordinate, and direct digital deployment activities across platforms, products, and initiatives.
  • Work closely with business, operational, and technical teams to align delivery activities.
  • Coordinate deployment readiness activities including timelines, dependencies, cutover planning, and stabilization.
  • Ensure digital initiatives align with enterprise architecture, operational needs, and business objectives.
  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and delivery partners.
  • Facilitate cross-functional working sessions, execution forums, and alignment checkpoints.
  • Identify and resolve cross-process issues that impede execution or value realization.
  • Influence outcomes through collaboration and coordination without direct ownership of delivery teams.
  • Partners with shared services teams and business stakeholders to integrate readiness, communication, and adoption activities into execution plans.
  • Serve as a liaison and stakeholder in the development of deployment communications, stakeholder engagement materials, and training approaches.
  • Monitor adoption, operational impact, and realized outcomes to inform continuous improvement.
  • Reinforce alignment between deployed solutions, business processes, and user needs.
