Position SummaryThe IT Software Product Manager will lead the product vision and strategy for our fleet maintenance technician platform, which is part of the Hub. This is a critical role where you will be the voice of our technicians, translating their real-world needs into a product roadmap that drives operational efficiency and user satisfaction. This role will be responsible for designing and optimizing the mechanic experience with the software. Reporting to our Software (Hub) Product Lead, youll work closely with a focused development team and collaborate across the organization to continuously improve the tools our technicians depend on every day.
Compensation: Competitive Salary Pay - Paid weekly, every Friday! Pay range: $115,000-135,000 annually, depending on experience!

Qualifications
- 3-5 years of product management experience
- Proven experience translating user feedback into product requirements and specifications
- Demonstrated ability to manage product roadmaps and prioritize competing initiatives
- Strong collaboration skills with technical teams and cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience with the full product development lifecycle (planning, development, testing, launch, support)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Technical literacy (comfortable with web applications; deep technical knowledge not required)
- Must be willing to travel approximately 25% to various shops in the US
