What You'll Do- Serve as the primary Smartsheet System Administrator, managing junior administrators and coordinating user licenses, security settings, and access controls.
- Monitor platform performance and manage integrations with Jira, ADO, Salesforce, Slack, and third-party apps to ensure data integrity.
- Develop and enforce guidelines and governance standards for sheets, reports, workspaces, and blueprints.
- Stay updated on new Smartsheet features and drive their adoption to improve benefits.
- Maintain the Smartsheet backlog and conduct regular review meetings with collaborators.
- Build and standardize project and program creation, structure, and reporting using Smartsheet Control Center.
- Collaborate with collaborators to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable Smartsheet solutions.
- Manage the full lifecycle of Smartsheet solutions from building to continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain high-impact dashboards providing real-time access to portfolio health and performance.
- Build complex reports and metrics for comprehensive analysis and roll-up reporting.
- Support Lean Portfolio Management approaches within Smartsheet, including strategic alignment and portfolio prioritization.
- Enable Agile teams by crafting Smartsheet templates and tools, and refining processes to improve delivery speed and efficiency.
- Develop and deliver training programs and documentation for Smartsheet users.
- Provide advanced support and troubleshooting for complex Smartsheet solutions and workflow automations.
What We're Looking For- 5+ years of experience as a Smartsheet Administrator, Solution Architect, or similar role.
- Deep technical expertise in advanced Smartsheet features, including Control Center and Blueprint management.
- Proven ability to compose and build complex, data-driven Smartsheet dashboards and reports for executive and portfolio-level use.
- Strong understanding of Lean Portfolio Management principles and their application to tool configurations.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Hybrid project environments.
- Experience with Smartsheet premium apps and integrations such as Bridge, Data Shuttle, Dynamic View, and ADO/Jira Connector.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Smartsheet Certified User, Product Certified, or Certified Consultant preferred.
- Familiarity with other Portfolio Management or Agile tools like Jira and Azure DevOps is a plus.
- Experience in the gaming industry is highly desirable.

Pay Range$94,150 - $174,850 per year
