About The Role - IT Operations Specialist (Centennial CO)
We are excited to announce an opportunity at Orica in our Centennial North American headquarters for an IT Operations Specialist which will be a hands-on technology role who supports business operations across the United States. Working as part of Orica's global IT Core Technology team, you will help deliver reliable technology services, support employees, manage hardware and mobile technology programs, and contribute to technology improvements that support business operations.
This role combines technical support, stakeholder engagement, logistics coordination, and project involvement, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and helping technology enable business success.

What you will be doing
• Manage the procurement, deployment, and lifecycle replacement of IT hardware and accessories across North America, primarily supporting operations in the United States.
• Manage hardware inventory, asset tracking, and equipment replacement programs.
• Coordinate the shipping, logistics, and distribution of technology assets.
• Support employees with their technology needs and help deliver a positive user experience.
• Support mobile device programs and telecommunications services.
• Coordinate with technology suppliers and service providers.
• Support network upgrades, infrastructure changes, and technology deployments.
• Work with global IT teams to deliver technology projects and improvements.
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and site teams.
• Act as a trusted IT contact, providing guidance and support on technology-related matters.
• Assist with the resolution of technology issues and operational challenges.
• Maintain technology asset records and documentation.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Promote the adoption of new technologies and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Be available for occasional domestic and international travel as required.

Your qualifications
• Experience: minimum 3+ years' in providing IT service
• Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related fields
• Language: English, French & Spanish is a plus

Compensation
• Salary Range: $78,675 - $110,145 USD
• Eligible for annual short-term incentive plan
(Salary to be determined by the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
