SUMMARYResponsible for the management and training of the credit union's IT Operations Team and to provide support for all end user systems and peripherals, networking, telephony and communications equipment. Responsible for researching, developing, implementing, testing, monitoring, and reviewing end user systems to adhere to the credit union's standards, policies, and procedures, and Information Security Program to protect assets and mitigate risks for unauthorized access, disclosure, and misuse.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree (BSA/BS) or equivalent from four-year college or technical school; three (3) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
SKILLS
- Functional knowledge of information systems, help desk or service desk management
- Supervisory and project management experience
Credit must be in good standing. Must be bondable pursuant to §13.3(b) of the NCUA's Rules and Regulations.
