Responsibilities
  • Lead Tier 3 operational support activities for enterprise infrastructure and network services.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex incidents, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Coordinate and manage cross-domain troubleshooting initiatives.
  • Validate root cause analyses and develop remediation plans for recurring issues.
  • Supervise and mentor Tier 3 technicians, ensuring compliance with operational procedures.
  • Monitor and report on performance trends to infrastructure leadership.
  • Collaborate with network, cybersecurity, and engineering teams to enhance service resilience.
  • Ensure adherence to service-level objectives and operational standards.
  • Analyze incident patterns to recommend infrastructure improvements.


Required Qualifications
  • Clearance: Secret Eligible required
  • S. Citizenship required
  • DoD 8140.03 Compliance: DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Work Role 411-Technical Support Specialist at the Advanced proficiency level
  • Certifications (one or more required): SecurityX / CASP+, CCNP Security, CISA, FITSP-O, GICSP, SSCP
  • Education: Masters or Ph.D in [Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering]
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in DoD or Federal IT operations.
  • Proven expertise in managing Tier 3 support for infrastructure and network services.
  • Experience in supervising technical teams and ensuring procedural compliance.
  • Ability to effectively coordinate with diverse technical teams to achieve mission objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills for performance trend analysis and incident management.
