About the RoleAmericase is seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated IT professional to join our team as a Manufacturing ERP Systems manager. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role at the intersection of technology and manufacturing operations. As the primary liaison between IT, production, accounting, and supply chain teams, you will be responsible for developing and keeping our ERP environment healthy, accurate, and driving continuous improvements. You will troubleshoot system issues, maintain data integrity, build reports that drive decisions, and train the people who depend on these tools every day. What You Will DoERP System Support & Administration- Administer, configure, and support the company's manufacturing ERP system across all functional areas.
- Troubleshoot ERP-related issues spanning sales, production, inventory, purchasing, accounting, and shipping.
- Manage user access, roles, security settings, and system permissions.
- Coordinate ERP upgrades, patches, and enhancements with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Proactively communicate system issues requiring immediate attention to the IT Manager.
Manufacturing Systems & Integration- Support shop floor systems including barcoding, scanners, MES interfaces, and machine data integrations.
- Ensure accurate routing, BOMs, work orders, labor reporting, and production tracking within the ERP.
- Assist with integrations between the ERP and third-party applications such as EDI, quality systems, payroll, and reporting tools.
- Partner with the Accounting and Finance team during annual financial audits, overseeing all ERP-related inventory counts and controls.
Data Management & Reporting- Maintain data integrity across all ERP modules including inventory, costing, routing, and master data.
- Develop and maintain ERP reports, dashboards, and queries to support operations and management decision-making.
- Review closed Work Orders for costing and time allocation accuracy, including variance analysis and corrective action coordination.
- Assist with cycle counting, physical inventory, and inventory reconciliation processes as they relate to ERP data.
User Support & Training- Provide day-to-day technical support to ERP users across manufacturing, warehouse, and office environments.
- Train users on ERP best practices, new features, and process improvements.
- Develop and maintain ERP documentation, procedures, and user training materials.
What We Are Looking For
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience supporting ERP systems in a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of production planning, inventory management, BOMs, routings, and costing.
- ERP Platform: Hands-on experience with a manufacturing ERP platform is required; experience with Mie Trak Pro is a significant plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL including report-writing; knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
- Systems Knowledge: Experience with EDI, MES, barcoding systems, or shop-floor data collection strongly preferred.
- Cross-Functional Experience: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with production, accounting, supply chain, and operations teams in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
- Continuous Improvement: Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives is a plus.
- Certifications: IT certifications or ERP specific training preferred.

Work Environment & Physical RequirementsThis is a full-time position supporting manufacturing based in both an office and active manufacturing environments. The role requires regular interaction with production teams and leadership across the facility. Candidates should be comfortable with the following:
- Frequent communication between office and production floor environments.
- When on-site, standing and walking on the manufacturing floor where PPE may be required.
- Availability for off-hours support during system upgrades, financial audits, or critical system issues.
