Job Description: Information Technology Manager

FLSA Status: Exempt

Reports to: James Sharkey, President

POSITION SUMMARY

The IT Manager oversees the administration and support of the Epicor Kenetic ERP system at PSI, ensuring system performance, user support, and integration with shop floor operations. This role provides local IT support, collaborates with Corporate IT on broader initiatives, and maintains system documentation and training materials. The ideal candidate has strong Epicor Kenetic experience in a manufacturing setting and can work independently, including after-hours support when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and support the Epicor ERP system, including:
  • System configuration and user setup
  • Dashboard and report customization
  • Troubleshooting and resolving application issues
  • Supporting upgrades and integrations
  • Provide first-level support for PSI and assist with manufacturing shop floor systems
  • Deliver desktops, hardware, and basic network support to local users
  • Collaborate with Corporate IT for escalations, guidance, and project alignment
  • Maintain system documentation and user training materials.
  • Provide after-hour support as needed for critical issues or maintenance.
  • Track and manage help desk tickets, escalating issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution


Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in ERP administration and support, with a focus on Epicor.
  • Proven experience administering Epicor Kinetic ERP in a cloud or on-premises environment
  • Strong understanding of Epicor Kenetic modules such as Manufacturing, Inventory, Order Management, and Financials.
