About the role:The
IT Manager will report to the Chief Innovation Officer and will manage the overall IT environment, security and technology policies for the agency, and all corporate technology strategy and implementation. The IT Manager will ensure the streamlined operation of the IT Department in alignment with the business objectives of the organization.
What you'll do:- Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all IT systems, including servers, PCs, operating systems, hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Oversee cohesive IT architecture including how various platforms function and interact with one another.
- Manage infrastructure, helpdesk, provisioning, and security operations
- Manage Internal Resources and IT initiatives.
- Work with the CCO to implement IT policies and procedures, including those for architecture, security, disaster recovery, standards, purchasing, and service provision.
- Manage security operations, and perform continuous checks and audits of security systems and applications, including policy design and review.
- Oversee provision of end-user services, including help desk and technical support services including CIS administration.
- Manage Internal IT Infrastructure through managed service provider (MSP) relationships and outside consultants.
- Work with MSPs to manage compliance issues and optimize cybersecurity environment infrastructure to minimize threat of data breach.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems or related discipline or equivalent education and experience.
- 8+ years of experience working in IT operations.
- Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network, systems administration, databases / data storage systems, and phone systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and users.
- Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service focus to deliver seamless technology experiences for internal teams and clients.
- Certification in at least one area of specialization (i.e., networking, security, or compliance).

Location: Morristown, NJ
Salary Range: $115,000 - $130,000
