As an IT Manager, you will serve as a key onsite IT manager for the studio, helping ensure employees have reliable, secure, and efficient technology support across development and business operations.
In this role, you will partner closely with centralized corporate IT teams to support and implement enterprise systems, standards, and infrastructure initiatives at the studio level. You will oversee day-to-day studio IT operations, support development-facing technology needs, help guide the desktop support function, and contribute to a stable and scalable technical environment for game development teams.
You will also collaborate closely with IT staff and operational partners across multiple studio locations to help maintain consistent support standards, coordinate technical initiatives, and support a globally connected development environment. This includes working effectively with partner development studios and satellite office locations across North America and Europe.
The studio IT team plays a highly visible role within the organization and is expected to deliver a high-touch, white glove support experience with professionalism, responsiveness, and exceptional customer service.
Success in this role means delivering reliable support, maintaining operational excellence across studio systems and devices, building strong cross-functional relationships, and continuously improving the technology experience for employees and development teams alike.

Studio IT Operations & Support
- Support day-to-day onsite IT operations and desktop support activities for the studio
- Help coordinate desktop support workflows, ticket prioritization, and escalation support
- Deliver responsive technical support for hardware, software, networking, and user access issues
- Support employee onboarding, provisioning, workstation deployment, and hardware lifecycle management
- Maintain inventory management, asset tracking, and IT documentation
- Coordinate support efforts and operational consistency across multiple studio and satellite office locations
- Partner with IT staff at distributed studio locations to support shared infrastructure, user support workflows, and operational initiatives
- Collaborate effectively with partner development studios and cross-functional teams to support shared development environments and studio technology needs
- Deliver a high-quality, white glove support experience for employees, studio leadership, and development teams
- Foster a support culture built around responsiveness, communication, accountability, and user experience
Infrastructure & Systems Administration
- Support and administer studio infrastructure systems, endpoints, and development hardware
- Manage user administration and identity/access controls in partnership with corporate IT teams
- Install, configure, patch, and maintain desktop software and endpoint configurations
- Support virtualization platforms and development-related infrastructure environments
- Assist with monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining reliable studio systems and services
- Support mixed-platform environments across Windows, Linux, and macOS systems
Enterprise IT Partnership
- Partner with centralized IT teams to support enterprise technology initiatives, standards, and security practices
- Help implement and support corporate endpoint management, identity management, and infrastructure solutions at the studio level
- Work collaboratively with corporate IT teams, partner studios, and distributed technical teams to support shared technology initiatives and operational goals
- Coordinate effectively across geographically distributed studio locations to maintain consistent support experiences and operational standards
- Build strong working relationships with developers, studio leadership, and cross-functional partners across the organization
Studio Operations Support
- Support office infrastructure including workstations, printers, meeting room technology, and cabling
- Assist with office moves, workstation relocations, and onsite operational technology needs
- Contribute to broader studio operational support efforts as needed
Minimum RequirementsExperience- 6+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or infrastructure operations
- Experience supporting enterprise endpoint computing environments
- Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) administration and user lifecycle management
- Experience administering or supporting Linux systems in a professional environment
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and endpoint-related issues
- Experience working in collaborative, service-oriented technical support environments
- Experience supporting distributed teams or multi-site environments preferred
Technical Knowledge- Strong knowledge of enterprise productivity and collaboration platforms
- Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence)
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (KVM, Proxmox, or VMware preferred)
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and Perforce
- Familiarity with enterprise networking concepts and infrastructure equipment
- Understanding of endpoint management and device administration best practices

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $97,200.00 - $179,900.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location.
