Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems, Computer Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 24 months' experience in roles such as IT Support Engineer, IT Coordinator, or IT Manager.
• Proficiency in administering and supporting plant IT infrastructures, including virtual and backup servers.
• Experience with network storage systems, switches, routers/telecommunication equipment, and both wired and wireless networks.
• Familiarity with production devices, workstations, and client end devices with software distribution systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production equipment to minimize downtime and risks that could disrupt operations.
• Ensure the cybersecurity resilience of key equipment at the Brose New Boston Plant.
• Supervise a team of two IT User and System Supporters, providing guidance and support.
• Plan, configure, and maintain the plant's IT infrastructure, including software and databases.
• Oversee the installation and support of various IT systems, including servers and network devices.
