Full Job Description
Lab IT Skill sets:
  • Infrastructure & Systems Knowledge.
  • Windows Server administration.
  • ctive Directory integration.
  • Basic network troubleshooting (DNS, ports, firewall).
  • Familiarity with backup and restore strategies.
  • Must also be capable of performing typical lab support activities as the role will be concurrent and not exclusive to Empower.
  • Supporting standalone scientific instruments.
  • Client/server instruments.
  • General instrument > PC connectivity.
  • Basic familiarity with common lab applications (unicorn, chemdraw/chemoffice etc).
  • Waters Empower administration experience - A Plus - HPLC, Mass Spec, Configuring DCOM, Troubleshooting, LACE configuration.
