Full Job Description
Leveraging one of our foundational enablers, Safe, Stable, and Sustainable operations, we deliver robust, secure technology to enable a 24x7 business. Join a growing, contemporary IT team in this role with opportunity to grow. You will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the IT and OT infrastructure and processes that power our organization. You'll collaborate with DTT and business cross-functional teams and third parties to ensure the reliability, availability, scalability and security of our environment.

Ensure Safe and Secure Infrastructure: Design, implement, and maintain Windows and Linux-based systems and technologies and, including application servers and infrastructure applications/services as well as network technologies. Configure, manage, maintain, and operate on-prem virtualization and cloud infrastructure platforms and solutions, ensuring cybersecurity, high availability, and performance. Work closely with application teams, and security teams to align infrastructure with business needs.

Advance Protections and Troubleshoot Issues: Administer and troubleshoot server and network environments, monitor system health, apply patches, and optimize configurations. Implement disaster recovery strategies for critical systems. Develop and implement backup strategies, plans and processes. Manage back-up solutions.

Adhere to Policies and Procedures: Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with IT audit controls, security policies, procedures, and regulations. Maintain related documentation.

Manage Supplier Relationships: Manage third party technical teams, coordinate activities, monitor service levels, and ensure contractual obligations are met. Collaborate with remote technical personnel to address infrastructure-related issues.

Champion Automation Practices: Develop and implement infrastructure automation wherever possible to streamline deployments and reduce manual intervention.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, or relevant working experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure engineering.
  • Proficiency in on-prem & cloud-based AD infrastructure, Windows and Linux administration and scripting.
  • Strong understanding of Azure, AWS and other cloud services, including computer, storage, and networking.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.).
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture.
  • Security-conscious mindset and knowledge of best practices for securing infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

The base salary for this role is $86,400 to $129,600 annually

We offer a range of market-competitive total rewards that include periodic pay rate adjustments based on market competitiveness. Hired applicants will be eligible for paid holidays, paid time off including vacation, eligibility to purchase company stock, tuition reimbursement, and a 401K with a competitive company match. Certain roles may be eligible for discretionary financial benefits such as incentive pay, equity awards, and participation in a deferred compensation plan.
