What You'll DoAs a key member of our IT team, you'll help ensure our systems remain secure, reliable, and ready for whatever comes next.
Responsibilities Include:- Administer and maintain servers, virtualization platforms, storage systems, and backups
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot firewalls, routers, switches, VPNs, and wireless networks
- Monitor security events and respond to cybersecurity threats and incidents
- Conduct vulnerability assessments, threat hunting, and security reviews
- Support disaster recovery planning and business continuity efforts
- Automate routine processes and improve operational efficiency
- Partner with departments across the organization to deliver secure, scalable technology solutions
- Identify opportunities to strengthen infrastructure performance, security, and resilience
What You'll BringRequired Qualifications:- Experience supporting Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, and enterprise infrastructure environments
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, routing, switching, and VPN technologies
- Experience with cybersecurity tools and practices, including SIEM platforms, firewalls, vulnerability management, and incident response
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- A passion for technology, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing
Preferred Qualifications:- CCNA, Security+, Network+, VMware, Microsoft, or related certifications
- Experience with automation, scripting, or infrastructure management tools
- Experience working in environments where security and infrastructure responsibilities overlap
