We are seeking a skilled IT Specialized Support Lead to provide expert IT support for production and research environments.
Reporting to the IT Regional Cluster Lead, you will lead the delivery of specialized support services, help ensure the reliable operation of critical systems, and resolve complex challenges in demanding operational settings.
The successful candidate combines deep technical expertise, with strong leadership, service-management, and problem-solving capabilities. You will be comfortable working across complex IT infrastructures and partnering with both technical teams and business stakeholders in a multicultural, geographically dispersed organization.

Provide expert IT support for production and research environments helping to maintain the availability, reliability, and performance of critical plant systems. Serve as the technical lead for specialized support initiatives, leveraging deep knowledge of production and research IT infrastructures.
Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for technical aspects of operational performance platforms and applications
Lead the delivery of specialized IT support services, in line with agreed service-level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Identify, get the priorization from the site/GBU, and implement service improvements that enhance support quality, efficiency, and user experience. Partner with the IT Regional Sub-cluster Lead, IT support teams, and service providers to deliver coordinated, end-to-end support.
Collaborate with production and research Site stakeholders to understand any new needs and translate them into effective IT-support solutions. Communicate progress, risks, and deliverables to the site management of future projects and upgrades.
Lead Incident and Problem Management activities for complex issues, minimizing disruption to production and research operations and ensuring timely, transparent communication. Coordinating the delivery of IT projects, system enhancements, business-as-usual activities, and break-fix tasks ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and within budget. Key responsibilities include managing team members, liaising with IT stakeholders, supervising execution, and ensuring adherence to established quality standards.

The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected for this position is $88,480 to $110,600 per year.
Since actual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range.
Total compensation for this role also includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
