Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced IT Functional Consultant with 4-8 years of experience to support and enhance Blue Yonder - Enterprise Supply Planning (BY-ESP) solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, design solutions, support testing, and ensure successful implementation of supply planning functionalities integrated with systems like SAP ERP.
Job Responsibilities:- Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements for BY-ESP footprint.
- Convert functional specifications into technical designs for the development team.
- Develop and execute test plans (Unit, Integration, UAT, Regression).
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues with a focus on root cause analysis.
- Translate business requirements into functional/technical specifications.
- Coordinate custom developments and manage testing phases through deployment.
- Understand end-to-end BY-ESP solution and its integration with SAP ERP and other systems.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
Required Skills:- Hands-on experience in Blue Yonder - Enterprise Supply Planning (BY-ESP) module
- Functional and technical specification development
- Experience with custom developments and testing strategies
- PL/SQL scripting knowledge
- Understanding of supply chain planning processes
- Familiarity with SAP ERP system integration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred Skills:- Experience in at least one BY-ESP implementation
- Exposure to middleware and infrastructure integration
Certifications:Not mandatory but relevant Blue Yonder or SAP certifications are a plus
Education:Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field OR equivalent work experience (4-8 years)
