Job Title: IT ERP Product Lead, Senior

Duties: Regal Rexnord Corporation seeks an IT ERP Product Lead, Senior in Grafton, Wisconsin to perform software development. Establish software integration processes. Conduct resource planning and project scheduling using Agile software development methodologies and establish policies and procedures for software products. Design, develop, and implement software integration solutions using Software AG WebMethods Suite. Implement security measures to protect data during the integration processes including API security, authentication, authorization, message, and transport-level security. Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing. Develop clustered, reliable, scalable, and high-performance APIs and integration solutions. Ensure that software integration solutions are compatible with platform releases and use new functionalities introduced into the API management tool and Middleware integration platforms. Ensure that integration source designs meet the performance and availability requirements per the integration development roadmap. Provide oversight of web service top-down design methodology. Enable configuration, implementation and usage of Message Queue including Rabbit MQ, Mulesoft MQ, Azure MQ, JMS, Kafka, and ActiveMQ for software integrations. Promote integration C4E practices with distinct guidelines defining the adoption of API Led strategy, SOA vision, RESTful, web services, and microservices architecture. Local telecommuting permitted up to 2 days per week. Annual Salary: $131,373 - $186,000/year.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field plus five progressive years of experience in software development. Must have at least five years of experience in each of the following: 1. Establishing software integration processes; 2. Designing, developing, and implementing software integration solutions using Software AG WebMethods Suite; 3. Implementing security measures to protect data during the integration processes including API security, authentication, authorization, message, and transport-level security; 4. Conducting unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing; 5. Enabling configuration, implementation and usage of Message Queue including Rabbit MQ, Mulesoft MQ, Azure MQ, JMS, Kafka, and ActiveMQ for software integrations; and 6. Utilizing API Led strategy, SOA vision, RESTful, web services, and microservices architecture.
