SUMMARY OF POSITION:Responsible for supporting our Epicor ERP platform as well as our online data warehouse environment. This position requires a strong background in ERP solutions, particularly in Epicor software, and a track record of successful implementation projects/custom reports. You will offer comprehensive IT knowledge around ERP and reporting platforms around solution definition and implementation for all FM locations. You will work closely with FM employees in supporting the day-to-day operations for all FMI Sites. You will support the IT Systems Operations team in diagnosing and resolving enterprise application issues and outages.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: - Develop and maintain SSRS reports, Dashboards, BAQs, BPMs, and E10.2.700 Customizations
- MS SQL database administrator (DBA).
- ERP Business User Support including E10.2.700 and Epicor Wireless Warehouse and Supplier Portal
- Integrating Epicor with other enterprise systems
- Maintain ESC - Epicor Service Connect Optimizing workflows to improve efficiency.
- Weekly ERP Data Maintenance and System Optimization
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:- High school diploma, GED equivalent, or Technical School.
- Experience with overall ERP & Business Intelligence application architectures within the enterprise
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in ERP and Reporting systems/application administration.
- Minimum 5 years of relational database experience
- Experience in Software Systems design, ERP Software Implementation, Applications Development, Data Conversion, Technical Assistance, and Report Builder in SSRS, Data Conversion.
- Must have skills with programming languages SQL, Data Migration (Epicor DMT), Data Build, Reports Builder
